Chapter 9 - Waking up (Gerard’s POV)

I wake up Jacquie is lying on me but I’m not complaining.
"Hey Gerard" a quiet voice said I looked and saw it was Frankie.
"Hey Frankie" I said quietly back.
Jacquie shivered.
"Hey Frankie can you go into that room there and get a blanket for Jacquie?" I asked pointing to the room.
"Sure" Frankie replied getting up and going into the room.

He came back with a blanket and he passed it to me. I put in on Jacquie hoping she wouldn't wake up. She didn't but she moved a bit and was cuddling me. Mikey had just woken up and was rubbing his eyes. He looked at Jacquie and me.
"Ooo Gerard’s got a girlfriend,” he said quietly.
Frankie let out a little giggle. I shhhed him and pointed to Matt who looked as if he was gonna wake up.
"You're right I should wake him up and show him what you are doing" he said with an evil smile.
"Don't he is gonna be really tired and grumpy and have a headache" I said hoping it would stop him even though it would be the truth. But no Mikey pushed him till he woke up.
"Oh get lost" Matt said sounding very pissed.
I quickly shhed him.
"Oh sorry Gerard" he said I wasn't sure if he meant it.
He got up and went and got some Panadol and took it.
"Hey what’s the time Matt?" Mikey yelled.
Jacquie started to wake up. Matt replied holding his head
" Shhh its 9 okay".
"Hey" Jacquie said to me.
"Hey" I said back.
She quickly hopped up when she realised she was on me
"I'm so sorry this has happened twice now,” she said blushing.
"It's okay you were keeping me warm" I said as a joke till I realised it sounded a bit dirty and then I went red.
Matt got up and went to the bathroom. He came back and his face looked much better.
"Well it looks like you got over that quick,” I said to him.
"I used my mums make up" he said laughing and then holding his head
" I'll take Mikey and Frankie back to your mums since it looks like Jacquie has fallen asleep on you again".
I looked and yep she was asleep on me again. We both let out a small laugh. He left with Mikey and Frankie. I wasn't sure if I was to wake her up or not. I tried to wake her up but she moved and ended up hugging me again. This was kinda awkward. I definately knew how I felt about her now but I doubt she liked me that way. I picked her up and got up and placed her on the lounge and then put the blanket on her. I went and started making breaky. I hope she likes toast cause that’s about all I can make. I made toast for me, Jacquie and Matt. Matt came in.
"Ooo toast how romantic" he said.
"What?" I said confused.
"Dude it’s obvious you like her" he said.
"I do not,” I said knowing it sounded so fake.
"Whatever" he said with a smirk.
He grabbed a plate of toast and went and sat in the living room eating it. I picked up mine and Jacquie's plates of toast.

I walked into the living room, woke her up and gave it to her.
She smiled "thanks".
"You're welcome" I replied.
We all ate our toast in complete silence. Jacquie and me kept sharing glances at each other. I occasionally looked at Matt and he would smile and point to me then make a heart with his hands and then point to her. I decided I would just look at my toast.

When I finished I went to Jacquie and took her plate and then Matt's and put them into the kitchen sink. I went and sat back down.
"So what are we gonna do today?" Jacquie asked.
"Well actually you're gonna meet another good friend of ours" Matt said.
"Huh" I said.
"Rays coming back from holidays remember?" Matt said.
"Oh yeah" I said.
"Who's Ray" Jacquie asked.
"Oh he’s a friend of ours that goes to our school'' Matt said.
"Cool" she replied.
"Well lets go surprise him and wait on his doorstep till he gets home,” Matt says.
"Yeah" Gerard replied with a big smile
"He should be there real soon".

We all got up and got ready. Jacquie did her hair. Her hair was beautiful.
"Umm why are you staring at me?" she asked.
"Oh nothing" I said blushing.
"Okay" she said smiling.

When she finished we went out the door and walked to Rays. Jacquie and me sat on the doorstep while Matt was leaning against the door. A car pulled up. It was Ray.
"Hey Gerard and Matt and ... umm somebody" Ray said.
"Hey Ray this is Jacquie" I replied.
"Well hey Jacquie" he said.
"Hey" she said.
"Hey Rayzor" Matt said.
"Umm that’s new to me,” Ray said with a smile.
"Yeah I thought of it today" Matt said with a huge grin.
“Hey Jacquie” some guy yelled out.
We all turned around to see Ryan.
“What the hell do you want?” Jacquie said.
“I need to talk to you,” he said.
“Hell no” she replied turning away to look at me.
“Please Jacquie” Ryan begged.
“Fine” she said kinda pissed of.
She walked over to him. They walked a little down the street and started talking.
“What do you think they are talking about?” I asked.
“I dunno” Matt said.
